# Workstations

The mod utilizes various **Workstations.** Both [**Crafting Stations**](#crafting-stations) and similar [**Tools**](#other-tools) (i.e. [**Drying Rack**](#drying-rack), [**Storage Pallet**](#storage-pallet), etc.) accommodate some of the crafting and production processes for various levels of product and quantities.

Some can be utilized as an alternative to the handcrafting options by offering a higher yield output, while some are required to manufacture certain products.

## <mark style="color:$info;">Kits</mark>

All of the workstations & similar tools come with a **Kit** version for easy placement options. Most stations can be **Dismantled** via **Screwdriver** <mark style="color:$info;">(vanilla)</mark> back into their **Kit** versions.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The exception to this rule is that **Static** versions are **unable** to be **dismantled/moved.**

**Static** versions of workstation **Kits** are included in the `types.xml` file and allow server owners the ability to manually place specific workstations throughout their server Points of Interest to customize how players are allowed to interact with the equipment.

## <mark style="color:$info;">Crafting Stations</mark>

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Lab Station</mark>

The Lab Station is primarily utilized for the manufacturing of Methamphetamines and requires specific ingredients to determine which type of batch can be crafted.

* Risk chance of Chemical Explosion that gradually increases upon each batch crafted.
* Can explode upon first craft.
* At this time, the explosion is theatrical and does not deal significant damage to the player and still produces the batch, but does deliver a KO blow that lasts for \~30 seconds.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="https://3002346783-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FsIWrGDfFNLNIMnJJlU7B%2Fuploads%2FBu5iWTWxvf046K9wG6yA%2FScreenshot%202026-02-13%20210949.png?alt=media&#x26;token=73a86a0e-2f44-475a-9192-4fabb61a8a9a" alt="Lab Station filled with attachment proxies."><figcaption><p>Lab Station shown with attached ingredients and equipment.
